Design
The NMD, Adidas Originals’ is the new kid on the block. The design contains references to archival Adidas throwbacks like the Micro Pacer and Boston Super, yet easily stands on its own in the tech footwear market. A growing appetite for a wider range of NMD products was the impetus for the development of a new experience, exclusively for NMD. The goal was to design an ecommerce experience that at once adhered to the defining aesthetics of Adidas's identity, while accommodating the novel design cues within the NMD line. The result was a clean, contemporary site and mobile app, that stripped back everything but the product.
